Western KY Tea Party Today

Today is the day, today is the day Americans tell the Government Enough.

UPDATE #4 Today is the day that we have the TEA Party and we are going to have a few political speaker and I really don’t know why, there part of the problem not the solution the people are the solution and they are the ones that should do the speaking. The politician should shut up, set down and listen, it’s not about them it’s about us and I for one do not agree with some of the political speakers that will be there today, because as Obama said ‘There is arrogance on America’ well I agree (you’re shocked I know) and most of it is on Capitol Hill. The people should be the focus not people running for re-election there doing nothing more than riding on the coat tails of a movement and yes Ed Whitfield I’m talking about you! You have failed to be a staunch conservative and act all to often in your own self interest the only time you act in the districts best interest is when you think it will get you some votes. Wise up Ed, some of us are watching you and we don’t like what we see.

UPDATE #3: There has been a few questions and some confusion requiring the location, there was 2 application for a TEA Party, but in interest of unity they were combined into one. So ONE TEA Party is being held at Dolly McNutt Fountain Plaza.

UPDATE #2: TEA minus 4 days and counting … Seem Ed “RINO” Whitfield is going to be at the Tea Party… I wonder if he will have a minute to hear me out I mean I’m only a vocal voter who has a soap box where ever I go. So Eddy if you or one of your staffers are reading this and I know you are, find The Angry White Guy at the Tea Party, I’ll be the one with the stickers and attitude.

UPDATE #1: I HAZ A STICKER, yes I got my “Worst President Ever”Stickers in and I’ll have them at the tea party, they will not be free since I didn’t get them for free, but they’ll be cheap. For some strange reason the gray has a greenish tint to them but they make the point …. might I add it was a PITA to get them as the vendor forgot to print them, whatever.

So wait, you're supporting a co-op (you do know that's a collection of commie citizens who band together to provide services for themselves and others, don't you?) and you're protesting … what? That the Government, after eight years of allowing Republicans to raid the treasury and amend the banking and mortgage laws to enrich their cronies?

Who were you teabagging when Bush started two un-winnable wars to the tune of trillions of dollars? Who was teabagging you when Phil Gramm pushed for the wholsesale de-regulation of the banking industry allowing the greatest robbery in history to take place?

That's right, so-called patriots such as yourself followed slavishly along while that drunken fool of a President screwed this nation three ways to Sunday, but now, now you're upset.

Uh-huh, that's why rational Americans take you with the same seriousness they do Joe "I'm not a plumber but I play one for saps in the GOP" Sam Wurzelbacher.

I must say, however, in your defense I try to inject humor when I can and with the way the world is now, we need all the laughs we can get. Indeed, and you folks provide all the hilarity missing right now. Talk about mockable …

You want comedy? Look no further than the Obama administration and democrat (mis)leadership. Clearly you are ill-informed and clueless which comes as no surprise to me.

AS LONG AS HANNITY AND NEWT ARE NOT SPEAKING—TIRED OF THE SAME OLD LIARS OF EITHER PARTY—-IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT IS SAID AT A TEA PARTY FROM A SPEAKER—SHOUT THEM DOWN—AS LOUD AS YOU CAN………..

Snap–AWG, you showed him! No evidence–snap! Evidence is for faggot libs. No response to specifics–snip! You circumcised him! Logic by zinger–Zim! Tore him a new one with that parenthetical–for a moment I thought you were saying 'leadership' but then I saw the 'mis'–ohh, snap! That's why I come here–to have my asshat ideas validated. Thanks, oh thanks.

By the by…before you get all teabaggy about your noble righteousness, perhaps a little reading in history is in order. Never mind–you won't–but here's the basics: your tea party metaphor is deeply dumbass, wrong on all counts, just one more big chunk of evidence that the far right is unfit to lead.

    comedy gold.

We need more patriots like the guy in Pittsburgh!!! He rose up and took action! FIGHT SOCIALISM!!! As great patriots like Beck, Malkin, Hannity and Michelle Bachmann have made it crystal clear, we need to meet this threat with a revolutionary force and fight them head on just like in Pittsburgh and these tea parties are the perfect avenue to do it and WE WILL DO IT!!! The poor chap in Pittsburgh was a hero! A Revolutionary! A true patriot and how dare the leftist liberals and their obedient media smear his good name because they’re threatened by our cause. THE 912 PROJECT HAS PROVEN TO BE EFFECTIVE IN PITTSBURGH!!!

RICHARD POPLAWSKI IS A MODERN DAY JOHN GALT, PAUL REVERE, JOHN ADAMS thanks to the revolutionary leadership of Glenn Beck, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity and Michelle Bachmann. These Liberals should guarantee that there is going to be a lot more Poplawskis at these tea parties and we’ll be heavily armed and ready to fight the revolution to take back our nation.

  • so are there 2 separate tea parties here in p-town? everything i have heard is that it will be at the mcnutt plaza at 5:30. now i am hearing about something at the riverfront. any idea?

The posts on this blog are more evidence that the gulf between the right and left has become so huge that it can no longer be bridged. I will never understand why the left thinks that massive spending is okay when we are bankrupt (morally and financially)as a country. Would that make any sense to you if it were in your personal or businesses financial affairs? Of course not. When our own judgement fails, the bank steps in and tells us that we're already over-extended and they can't let us borrow any money. When China does the same thing the poop will hit the fan and the presses will start churning out billions of dollars making the ones that the frugal have held onto worthless. The only people that support this spending strategy are the ill-informed and/or the unsuccessful. If you can't make it on your own, it's not my responsibility to carry you, but as long as you TRY people will always be willing to help you out of respect and brotherly love, but we shouldn't be forced to help people that aren't willing to help themselves. God bless.

It's more about the Gulf between those that pay the taxes and those that live off that taxes. Everyone as the Dear Leader said has to have skin in the game, if you pay no taxes, get back all your taxes or get back more than your pay, you have no skin in the game. I have the canceled checked from the skin I have in the game.

      • Comment from Trevin Bush

Hey AWG. The problem is that "our dear leader" as you call him, has put the tax burden on a few. "When you are robbing Peter to pay Paul, you will always have Pauls support." Me thinks they have us outnumbered. I'm afraid they will keep voting on him until he runs out of our money to give them, and he eventually will, but it will be to late by then. I own a small business in Kentucky and I had to mail a check for over ten grand myself yesterday. If it were being well spent I wouldn't mind so much. I sympathize with you.

  • Comment from AWG

Yep I have a business and I send a check to the "Dear Leader King O-bow-ma" I sent one the Lord Beshear and I paid the local Duke Bryan for taxes in a town I don't even live in. So I feel you pain. I have a post I'm writing on the the very thing you speak of.
