While congress distracts you with AIG, yesterday the Fed printed another $1,500,000,000,000.00 in imaginary money to pump into the system and while the Fed was doing that, congress was acting enraged about $146 million. Pat yourself on the back if you fell for it, you’ve been flim-flammed.
Well that’s it I’ve had it, I can’t keep quite anymo’ I’ve listen to the government whine about AIG bonuses, I listened to the American people whine about AIG bonuses and I’m sick of it. Here’s why…
- Turbo Tax Tim Geithner KNEW in advance about the bonuses.
- Chris Dodd put a amendment in the UNREAD and UN-VETTED stimulus package to secure those bonuses.
- The Obama administration KNEW what Turbo Tim and Dodd knew and now they act surprised!
- These bonuses where in the AIG’s contract before the bailout.
- The congressional whipping boy Ed Liddy was appointed by Congress to run AIG for $1 a year and treat him as the bad guy.
- Obama is trying to stoke class warfare.
- Now Obama is trying to play the hero.
- The worst part, Congress is getting the American people to take their eye off the ball and some of the American people are falling for it. Don’t do it, the congress has wasted far more money then AIG ever could have.
Here is the deal this is not AIG’s fault it Congress’s fault, they did it, they knew about it and now they are trying desperately to convince you that they are as much of a victim as the tax payer.
Freakin’ PLEASE!
I’m sick of these manipulation of the public and I’m sick of the number of American that fall for it and we that know better and need to get the word out. Now should AIG received those bonuses? In a word no, but they’re not the culprits the government is the culprit. The government FAILED to oversee the contracts and they FAILED to read the stimulus package that had the Dodd (D-CT) amendment that assured those bonuses and they FAILED to admit it. So they have these McCarthyism like inquiries to feel good about themselves, put on a big show and trying to convince you they’re doing something about the evil AIG when the entire thing is their fault … give me a %$*&@! break!!
Now what can the American people should do is FAIL to vote for these clowns in 2010, 2012 and every year they run until they are all gone. They’re nothing but a bunch of lying, cheating, low life scumbags that would be worth the match it would take to set them on fire.
Oh and while I was typing this the morons in Congress voted 328-93 to tax AIG’s bonuses at the rate of 90% … I’m not 100% sure but I’m believe this violates the US Constitution somehow.
OK Congress is asking AIG questions, fine! Let’s ask a few too…
Why didn’t the American people get to see the bill that allowed this to happen before the vote, as promised? Where is that question?
Where is the transparency? Where is the ethics? Where are those questions?
How much did it cost the taxpayer for Obama go appear on Leno, where is that question?
Why in the hell is this clown Obama even on Leno with our country spiraling out of control? Where are those questions?
Why is Dodd and Obama to two biggest benefactors of AIG campaign money? Where are those questions?
Congress gives them raises that they can legally refuse, but they don’t, where is that question?
Pelosi calls illegal aliens “patriots” why? Where is that question?
Pelosi accuses those that uphold the law “un-American” why? Where is that question?
Why does the Secretary of Homeland Security want to call Terrorist, Man-Caused Disaster? Where is that question?
People ask why we need to spend $11 billion in a new Marine One fleet and then suddenly the blueprints for the old fleet is leaked on the Iranian press, so we need to spend the $11 billion, where is that question?
Obama signs a $500,000 book deal after elected, where is that question?
These are just a very, very few other questions that congress or better yet the American people should be asking! Since Obama took office the Democrats have spent or obligated over $3.2 TRILLION in a little over 50 days and they’re on a witch hunt for $146 million, this is Nero fiddling while Rome burns.
Let’s get some perspective…
The Fed yesterday committed to buy $1.5 trillion in assets, and all that we are talking about today is $146 million in bonuses for traders at AIG. I understand the politics and the optics of the situation but this is getting ridiculous. People need to get some perspective.
